The Garden Remembers

About me:

I’m Kendall Sarah Scott — Forensic Bookkeeper, Creative Depth Coach, and Intentional Creativity teacher.

I've spent 40 years as a bookkeeper sitting with people in their most vulnerable financial moments — and what I discovered is that behind every tangled ledger is a human being doing their very best. I learned to meet the numbers with the same warmth I offer the person holding them. Money carries myth, and that myth deserves to be met with compassion, patience and wisdom.

After training as a Creative Depth Coach, I discovered what I'd always suspected: financial patterns are mythological patterns. The Garden of Gold is where I bring these two worlds together — Soul-level healing, practical systems and fairy tale wisdom, bookkeeping expertise that understands the tangled web of belief, practical magic and coaching that includes creativity and reflection. Always with a choice of which path to explore.

Lately I've been excavating something even earlier ~ the Lost Child within. Long before we understood money, we understood being seen, being enough, being safe. Those first unseen patterns don't stay behind us. They travel quietly into how we hold value, how we receive, how we let ourselves be paid, worthy, whole. Some of what shows up in a ledger was written long before anyone learned to count. Some of it, I suspect, is older still.

My approach — mythopoetic pragmatism — refuses to separate the numbers from the story they tell. With curiosity and care, we work together to understand your money patterns, heal your financial wounds, and build sustainable systems that honor both precision and poetry. Here, the ledger is never the last word. You are safe to tell the whole story — nothing about your value story is too tangled, too old, or too far gone. This is a space where the full truth is welcome, and the numbers are always met with grace.
